1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Dentris is an Invisalign Growth Partner for dental practices. This Privacy Policy describes information handled through dentris.app, our demo booking process and related business inquiries. It does not cover the patient records held by a dental practice or replace any separate data processing agreement for an active partnership.

2. Information we receive

• Information you provide: your name, business contact details, practice information, selected meeting time and answers you choose to submit when requesting a demo or contacting us.
• Business communications: messages and follow-up correspondence about your inquiry or a potential partnership.
• Technical and usage information: Dentris and the providers used to operate, secure, analyze and measure the website may process information such as your IP address, device and browser characteristics, requested pages, timestamps, referral information, website interactions, approximate location derived from technical information, cookies or similar identifiers, and diagnostic information.

This website does not provide a patient portal or take payment details. Please do not submit patient names, medical records, treatment photographs or other sensitive health information through the demo form or ordinary email.

3. How information is used

We use inquiry and scheduling information to arrange your demo, respond to questions, understand your practice's needs and discuss a potential partnership.

We also use technical, usage and analytics information to operate and secure the website, troubleshoot problems, understand website usage, measure completed demo bookings, evaluate marketing effectiveness and improve the website and our services.

Relevant records may also be used to meet legal obligations, enforce our rights, prevent misuse or resolve disputes.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, these activities may rely on steps requested before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries, operating and protecting our services and measuring our business activities, consent where required, or compliance with legal obligations.

Requesting a demo does not by itself subscribe you to unrelated promotional messages. You may ask us to stop optional follow-up at any time.

4. Third-party services and analytics

Dentris uses third-party services to operate, secure, analyze and improve the website, provide demo scheduling and measure the effectiveness of our marketing.

Calendly. We embed Calendly to display availability and schedule demo calls. Calendly receives booking information you choose to submit and may process technical information and use cookies or similar technologies. Information entered directly into the Calendly scheduling interface is handled by Calendly. You can review Calendly's Privacy Notice .

Wistia video. When a Dentris video section approaches the screen, Wistia may receive technical information needed to deliver it, such as your IP address and browser information. The player is configured with Wistia viewing analytics disabled. If you accept optional tracking, Dentris sends video-start, viewing-progress and completion events to Google Analytics 4. Video playback is available regardless of your optional tracking choice. See Wistia's Privacy Policy.

The Invisalign Growth Brief and MailerLite. If you subscribe, MailerLite processes your email address and the technical information needed to operate and protect the signup form, manage double opt-in and deliver the newsletter. You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter. Google reCAPTCHA helps protect the form from automated abuse and may process device and interaction information and use cookies. These services load on the newsletter signup page to provide the requested signup functionality, independently of optional analytics consent. If you accept optional tracking, we measure successful newsletter form submissions and visits to the subscription confirmation page through Google Analytics. We do not send your email address in these events. A confirmation-page visit is not independent verification of a subscription.

Google Analytics 4. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website and to measure website activity, including actions such as completed demo bookings. Google Analytics may process information such as pages visited, referral information, interactions with the website, device and browser characteristics, approximate location and cookies or similar identifiers, where applicable.

Meta Pixel. We use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, to measure website activity and the effectiveness of advertising and marketing campaigns. For example, when a visitor successfully completes a demo booking through the Calendly experience embedded on Dentris, Dentris may send a Lead event to Meta.

In connection with Meta Pixel events, Meta may receive information associated with website activity, including the page associated with the event and technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, user agent and cookies or similar identifiers where applicable. Meta processes information it receives according to its own terms, privacy policies and user settings.

Vercel. We use Vercel for website hosting and delivery. We also use Vercel Web Analytics to understand website visits and page views and Vercel Speed Insights to measure website performance, including loading speed and responsiveness.

Cloudflare. We use Cloudflare for domain, DNS and related website infrastructure services. Cloudflare may process technical information necessary to provide, secure and maintain those services.

Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and optional Vercel measurement technologies are activated only after you accept optional tracking through Dentris's privacy controls. If you reject optional tracking, those optional measurement technologies remain disabled.

Calendly remains available for demo scheduling regardless of your optional tracking choice. Calendly may process information you provide through its scheduling interface and may use technologies according to its own privacy practices.

5. Who may receive information

We may provide information to service providers where reasonably necessary to operate Dentris, respond to inquiries, schedule demos, host and secure the website, perform analytics and measure marketing effectiveness.

Depending on your interaction with the website and your optional tracking choice, these providers may include Calendly, Wistia, Google, Meta, Vercel and Cloudflare.

These providers may process information on our behalf or, where applicable, under their own terms and privacy practices. The information available to a particular provider depends on the service being used, your interaction with Dentris and, where applicable, your privacy choice.

We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or lawful requests, protect our rights or the security of our services, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, or address disputes.

Dentris does not use this website to collect patient medical records and does not sell patient medical records.

6. Retention and security

Inquiry and business records are retained for the period reasonably necessary to respond to an inquiry, manage a potential or resulting business relationship, meet applicable recordkeeping requirements and resolve disputes.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the purpose for which it is processed, whether a business relationship develops and any applicable legal requirements.

Third-party providers may retain information according to their own retention policies and legal obligations.

We use measures designed to protect the website and information handled through it, including HTTPS, browser security controls and limited third-party integrations. Booking information is handled through Calendly and by the people responsible for responding to your inquiry.

No website, service, storage system or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

7. International processing

Dentris serves US dental practices. Scheduling, communications, hosting, analytics, advertising measurement and infrastructure providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate.

Those countries may have privacy and data protection laws that differ from those in your location. Where applicable law requires a safeguard for an international transfer, the relevant transfer must be covered by an appropriate mechanism.

8. Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information. These may include rights to request access, correction or deletion, obtain a copy of certain information, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, or appeal certain privacy request decisions.

These rights may be subject to identity verification, legal limitations and exceptions. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Send privacy requests to info@dentris.app and describe the information or interaction involved. Please do not include patient records, sensitive health information or identity documents in your initial message.

We will explain any verification that is reasonably required and respond within the period required by applicable law. Where applicable, you may also have the right to contact the privacy or data protection authority responsible for your location.

You can use the links provided in your Calendly confirmation to manage or cancel an appointment. You can stop optional business follow-up by replying to the relevant message or contacting us.

You can accept or reject optional analytics and advertising technologies through the privacy controls shown on Dentris. Your choice is remembered in your browser.

You can review or change that choice later by selecting Cookie settings in the website footer. Rejecting optional tracking does not prevent you from browsing the website or using the demo scheduling experience.

9. Children and external websites

This website is intended for adult dental professionals and practice decision makers. It is not directed to children.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through Dentris, contact us so the matter can be reviewed and addressed as appropriate.

Dentris may contain links to websites operated by third parties. These links are provided for convenience. The operators of those websites control their own content, services and privacy practices, and their privacy policies apply when you use their services.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, services, providers or information practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.
